If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@quinnbees.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, unless they are faulty.
If eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
This policy is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Postage and packaging is £5.00 as standard.
Items are usually shipped within 2 days of purchase.
